We recommend using sarking on all roofs and use it on 99% of all work we do. It serves as:

• Secondary Moisture Protection

• Has Insulation Properties

• It is a fire retardant with a Flammability Index of less than 5

• Retains dust and debris at rafter level – can aid asthmatics

As well as the manufacturer’s guarantee of fifty years on the tiles we guarantee our workmanship for a period of six years.
